Ms. Stutler joined Capital Alignment Partners in 2022 and serves as the Director of Finance and Compliance.

Ms. Stutler’s responsibilities include working with the firms outside financial accountants to prepare quarterly and annual financial reports and assisting with the SBA for regulatory reporting and SBIC compliance. Prior to joining Capital Alignment Partners, Ms. Stutler worked in senior-level accounting roles at Ernst & Young and SOX Compliance at Diversicare Healthcare Services, a publicly traded company.
